Veggie Cheese Chowder
4 cups cubed potatoes
2 cups diced carrots
2 cups chopped celery (could make without celery)
½ cup chopped onion
Boil in 4 cups water until tender
Then add
1 10 oz. package frozen broccoli
3 Tablespoons chicken granules
3 ½ cups milk
Simmer 5 minutes
In smaller pan make a rue with
½ cup butter
½ cup flour
½ tsp dry mustard
Add to veggies and stir together
Then add
4 cups grated cheddar cheese
Simmer until cheese is melted
