Children's Dental and Planet 94.1 in Southern Utah are having a fundraiser for Dixie Care and Share. From 11/1 - 11/12 (sorry, I missed the first 2 days) Planet 94.1 will broadcast live from some of the best restaurants in Southern Utah!
Everyone who donates will qualify to win a SERTA Queen size Super Pillow Top Mattress, valued at $999.00, courtesy of Best Mattress.
Here is the low down on the fundraiser and how you can help out Dixie Care and Share.
1. Each restaurant will serve the first 100 people to buy a ticket. Once they are sold out we are done.
2. Tickets can be purchased only at the restaurant on the day
and time that they are sponsoring a meal.
3. Your ticket is only good for the 2 hours that Planet 94.1 is
there. The times are either 11a.m.-1 p.m. or 5 p.m.-7 p.m.
4. Restaurant can determine if it is dine-in, take-out or both.
5. Your $5 will be donated to Dixie Care and Share.
We accept cash or check. No Credit Cards.
6. You may purchase more than one ticket at a time.
You may send someone from the office to purchase all tickets.
7. Please remember to tip your servers. They are serving you and
deserve to be thanked.

Wednesday, 11/3 - Gunbarrel Steakhouse 11 am - 1 pm, BBQ Beef Sandwich & Potato Salad, Lemonade or Ice Tea, Dine In or Take Out
Thursday, 11/4 - Port of Subs 11 am - 1 pm & 5 pm - 7 pm, Medium Combo: 8 inch sub, chips & drink, Dine In or Take Out. Ultimate Detailing will also be there from 11 am - 1 pm washing cars for $5
Friday, 11/5 - Red Robin 11 am - 1 pm, Gourmet Cheeseburger and Fries, Dine In or Take Out
Monday, 11/8 - Olive Garden 11 am - 1 pm, Soup, Salad & Breadsticks, Soda or Tea, Dine In or Take Out
Texas Roadhouse 5 pm - 7 pm, Pulled Pork Sandwich and Fries & drink, Dine In or Take Out
Tuesday, 11/9 - Denney's, 1000 East location ONLY, 11 am - 1 pm, Entire menu under $9 available & drink
Chili's 5 pm - 7 pm, 2 Burger Bites, Fries and Salad, Dine In or Take Out
Wednesday, 11/10 - Outback Steakhouse 11 am - 1 pm, Choice of BBQ Beef Sandwich & Fries, Queensland Salad, Fettuccine Pasta, Chicken or Caesar Salad, Soda or Water, Dine In or Take Out
Thursday, 11/11 - Player's Sports Grill 11 am - 1 pm & 5 pm - 7 pm, Choice of Classic 1/2 lb Burger & Fries, Fish & Chips, All Meat Calzone, Player's Spaghetti & Meat Sauce & soft drink
Friday, 11/12 - Red Robin 11 am - 1 pm, Gourmet Cheeseburger & Fries, Dine in or Take Out
Westates Theaters, Pineview Stadium 8 5 pm - 7 pm, Voucher good for a movie (no restrictions) and medium popcorn

The 2010 Jubilee of Trees will mark the celebration of thirty years of giving back to the Washington County community. To honor these three decades of community spirit and as a step toward hope for all women, Jubilee 2010 will be dedicated toward building Dixie Regional's breast care programs to a level that rival the best of the best. The goal this year is Keeping Moms in the Picture!
