Cheese Garlic Biscuits (similar to Red Lobster's)
Combine until soft dough:
2 C. buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick works)
2/3 C. milk
1/2 C. shredded cheese
Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min at 450 degrees until golden brown.
Combine:
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 t. garlic powder
Brush over warm biscuits and serve immediately
