These noodles go great with chicken noodle soup!
Homemade Noodles
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 t. salt
Mix well, dough will be stiff. Roll out very thin into a large rectangle. Make sure dough is generously floured. Roll like cinnamon roll dough and cut 1/2 inch wide. Boil in broth.
