Sweet Tooth Saturday!

These Bran Muffins are super easy and delicious! The batter can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 month so yo can bake what you need when you need them.

Bran Muffins

1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 quart buttermilk
4 teaspoons baking soda
4 1/2 cups flour
3 cups All Bran cereal
2 cups Bran Flakes cereal

Combine all ingredients and bake in muffin lines or greased muffin tins at 350 for 20 minutes.
