Savory Sunday!

Another recipe I found on Good Things Utah...

Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 lbs bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices bread, torn into pieces
1 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard

Mix together all ingredients except 1/2 c. cheese. Pour into greased slow cooker. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Cover and cook 2 hours on high, then 1 hour on low.

I wonder if there is a way to do this recipe longer? Like throw it in at night, so it will be ready in the morning. I am never up three hours before breakfast.

I don't know. I'm never up that early either, but I am a big fan of breakfast for dinner.
