Savory Sunday!

Pulled Pork Tacos

2 lbs boneless pork shoulder
2 t. kosher salt
1 t. black pepper
2 t. cumin
1/2 c. apricot or peach jam
2 jalapenos (sliced or jar)
1 red onion, chopped

Cook in crock pot on low for 8 or more hours. Shred and serve with tortillas, fresh cilantro, and lime. YUM!
