Do you have a bunch of Jello lying around from using your coupons? Well then, I have a yummy recipe to try! This is my Mother-In-Law's easy and delicious recipe that we enjoyed on the 4th of July.
Jello Cake
1 vanilla cake mix
1 sm. box cherry jello
1 sm. box vanilla pudding
1 sm. container cool whip
Prepare cake as directed on box. Let it cool slightly and poke lots of holes into it with a fork. Prepare jello as directed and slowly pour over the cake until it is all absorbed in. Refrigerate until cooled. Make the pudding as directed and mix in with cool whip (you may not use the whole container of cool whip). Spread over the top of the cake and refrigerate until ready to eat.
