I have to give props to my sister in law Kristie for this recipe, Thanks Kris!
Pizza Dough
1 package dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
Combine yeast, honey and 1/4 cup of the warm water, set aside. Mix flour and salt, add oil and yeast mixture, combine these. Add remaining water and beat on low for 5 minutes. Knead on floured surface for 2 - 3 minutes. Coat a medium size bowl with olive oil and put dough in bowl, cover with a damp towel and let rise for 45 minutes.
To grill the pizza:
Make individual sized pizza crusts, brush olive oil on both sides and grill them on both sides till the crust is browned. Remove from the grill and add sauce and toppings as you wish. Return to the grill and close the lid until cheese is melted!
Or if you want to be old school and bake it:
Make desired size of pizza's, add sauce and toppings and bake at 500 for 10 - 12 minutes.
