Another Kraft Food & Family recipe!
One-Pot Salsa Beef Skillet
1 lb. ground beef
2 C. water
1 C. chunky salsa
1 pkg. Kraft Mac&Cheese dinner
2 C. frozen corn
1/2 C. shredded cheese
1 gr. onion, chopped
Brown meat in skillet, drain. Stir in water, salsa, and macaroni. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer 10 min or until macaroni is tender, stirring twice. Add corn and cheese sauce mix, cook 2 min. or until heated through and blended. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with cheese and onions.
