This is one of our favorite meals. It is so quick and easy!
Cream Cheese ChickenMelt 4 Tablespoons butter in a large pot, add 1 package dry Italian dressing mix and mix together.
Cook 2 - 4 chicken breasts in the butter mixture until cooked through.
Leave butter mixture in pan and remove chicken from the pan and cut into bite sized pieces.
Add 1 can Cream of Chicken soup and 8 ounces cream cheese to the butter mixture. Melt cream cheese and stir these ingredients together.
Add chicken pieces back into the pan and heat through.
Thin it out with milk to desired consistency.
Serve over Egg Noodles or White Rice.
