Savory Sunday!

In case you hadn't noticed, I am a big fan of Mexican food. This recipe is so yummy! Thanks, Amber!

Black Bean Salsa

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can blackeye peas
3 tomatoes
1 bell pepper (any color, green gives it nice contrast)
green or white onion to taste
fresh cilantro to taste
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix

Cut up tomatoes, pepper, onion and cilantro. Mix all ingredients together and serve with chips. It is best with Tostitos Hint of Lime chips, but any tortilla chips will work.
