Sweet Tooth Saturday!

Once again I have to give props to my sister in law Kristie for this recipe!

Peanut Butter Krispie Bars


In large sauce pan melt:
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup light corn syrup

Remove from heat and add:
dash salt
1 cup peanut butter
Stir until peanut butter is melted then add:

2 cups Rice Krispies or Rice Chex

Press in greased 9x13 pan, it should only cover about 3/4 of the pan, unless you want it really thin.

Frosting:
In sauce pan melt until dissolved:
4 Tablespoons butter or margarine
½ cup packed brown sugar

Then add:
1 Tablespoon milk
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla

Spread over Rice Krispie mixture.
