Savory Sunday!

This may sound like a weird recipe, but our family loves it. It is an old family recipe that I have adjusted over time and hopefully your family will love it, too!


Tatertot Casserole

1 pkg. frozen tatertots
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 chopped onion
1 C. grated carrots
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 C. grated cheddar cheese


Spread tots in a 9x13 pan. Brown hamburger with onion and season to taste. Pour mixture over tots. Sprinkle grated carrots over that. Mix soups with one can water and pour over meat. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
