Savory Sunday!

This is a recipe of my moms, that I love! I remember this being one of my favorite dinners as a child. I hope you all enjoy it too!

Almond Chicken

4 chicken breasts or 8 - 10 chicken tenders, uncooked, coat in following mixture

Mix together:
1/4 cup melted margarine or butter
2 teaspoons paprika
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Bake in an 8x8 pan at 350 for 20 minutes

Mix together:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons Heinz 57
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
pour over chicken and top with slivered almonds
then bake for 30 more minutes.

Serve over rice. Our favorite is Rice A Roni Rice Pilaf.
