Orange Salad
2 small packages orange jello
2 cups water
6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
10 oz can mandarin oranges
1/2 package mini marshmallows
1 small package lemon pudding, make according to package
8 oz cool whip
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Boil water and dissolve jello, add orange juice concentrate. Stir till concentrate melts.
In 9x13 dish combine jello mixture, pineapple, mandarin oranges and marshmallows.
Place in refridgerator to set up.
When jello is set spread lemon pudding, that has been made according to package, on top of jello.
Before serving spread cool whip over pudding, then top with grated cheese.
