Cotton Days Activities this Weekend!

Here is a schedule of events for Cotton Days this weekend:

Friday, May 13

Team Sorting (Cowboy vs. Cow) 5:30pm - 6:30pm: Washington City Posse Grounds

Youth Fishing Derby 5:30pm - 7:30pm: Razor Ridge Park: All 6-13 yr olds are welcome to join us from 5:30-7:30PM. Prizes will be awarded for the largest fish caught and the most fish caught! Bring your own poles.

Dusk til Dawn Softball Tournament 6:30pm - 7:30pm: City Softball Fields

Movie in the Park 8:30pm - 9:30pm: Community Center Park (450 E Community Center Drive): Bring the whole family out to see Disney's Tangled. Food vendors will be present, bring the whole family and enjoy a great Friday Night.

Saturday, May 14

Breakfast 7:00am - 10:00am: Come and enjoy a delicious breakfast of Ham, Eggs and Pancakes in the Park from 7:00AM-10:00AM on Saturday morning prepared by our own Washington Utah Lions Club.

Hell Hole 5K 7:00am - 9:00am: Virgin River Trail, Washington Parkway and Telelgraph, 84780.

Cotton Day Parade 9:00am - 10:00am: 300 E Street (from 550 N to Parkview Drive): Annual Parade. Go here to see the Parade Route.

Golf Tournament 9:00am - 3:00pm: Green Spring Golf Course: 9 AM Shotgun Start, in a 3-man scramble. $125 includes green fees, cart prizes, Lunch and the payoff.

Day in the Park 10:00am - 3:00pm: Community Center Park: Vendor Booths, Kids Games, Entertainment, & Fun.

Mayor and Royalty announce Parade Awards 10:30am - 11:00am: Community Center Park: Mayor and Washington City Royalty will award parade winners.

Tractor Pull 11:00am - 1:00pm: A rip-roarin' good time. Meet in the old Nisson's Foodtown parking lot, and watch while these amazing antique tractors put on a great show.

Anniversary Party/Fireworks 6:00pm - 10:00pm: Washington City Community Center: Light Refreshments, Swimming, Tours, Rock Climbing, Sand Volleyball, & Live Entertainment!
