Sweet Tooth Saturday!

Carrot Cake

Beat together:
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
Then add:
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups grated carrots
10 ounces crushed pineapple
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine well.
Bake at 350 for about 1 hour. Cupcakes bake 20 minutes. In bundt pan, cook longer until top is no longer wet looking.

Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
3 Cups powdered sugar
