Sweet Tooth Saturday!

Crepes

3 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 cup milk
1 Tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Beat eggs until fluffy, then add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Cook on dry skillet until holes appear on top side, then flip and cook on other side.

Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, berries and cream or whatever you desire. Serve hot or cold.
