Savory Sunday!

Don't be scared of this pizza crust. I had it this week and it is really good! Give it a try!

Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Steam fresh or frozen cauliflower until tender, but not mushy. Drain and let cool completely. Grate cauliflower to measure 1 cup, not packed.

Mix together:
1 cup grated caulifower
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Spread mixture on a generously sprayed cookie sheet. To be sure it does not stick, use parchment paper instead! Use a spatula to spread/pat it into a circle about 10 inches or so around. Bake at 440 for 12-15 minutes until it is browned, the edges will look almost burnt.

Remove from oven, if you used parchment paper, remove paer at this point. Top with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings.

Put pizza back in the oven under the broiler just until cheese is melted.
