Chili Blanco
4 chicken breasts - cook and cut up
chicken broth - as much as you want
1 - 2 cans of chopped green chilis
4 cans of Northern White Beans
shredded Monterey Jack Cheese - as much as you want
Simmer until beans are warm. Before serving, add 1-2 cups of sour cream
Serve with warm tortillas.
