Cook on stove until hot, but do not boil, or dump all ingredients in your Cocoa-Latte Machine!Combine in a saucepan:
2 teaspoons cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
Then add:
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
