Sweet Tooth Saturday!

Pumpkin Pancakes

2 cups flour
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice*
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 large egg

*if you do not have pumpkin pie spice, use these as a substitute:
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Combine together, batter will be lumpy. Cook like regular pancakes.
