Hot Artichoke Crab Dip
Mix together until blended well:
1 package 8 ounce softened cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 minced garlic clove
Add:
1 can 14 ounce artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
8 ounces imitation crab meat, chopped (1 ½ cups)
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Mix all together well and spoon in greased 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Serve with tortilla chips, crusty bread or crackers.
