Savory Sunday!

This is my mom's recipe for homemade noodles. They are so easy and yummy, especially in homemade chicken noodle soup! (which I will post at a later date)

Homemade Egg Noodles

2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
4 Tablespoons water
2 cups flour, white or wheat or a combo of both

Mix all ingredients together.
Roll out flat to desired thickness. (they will plump as they cook)
Cover with clean, dry towel and let dry. (or if you are in a hurry, just cook them without drying)
Cut with pizza cutter to desired width.
Add to any soup and boil until cooked through.
