Sweet Tooth Saturday!

Peach Dessert

Top Layer
1 3/4 C. water
3 T. cornstarch
1 C. sugar
1 small box orange Jell0
Boil until thick, cool and add 4 cups diced peaches. Put in fridge to set up slightly.

Second Layer
1 8 oz cream cheese (let soften)
1 C. powdered sugar
1 small container cool whip
Whip Together

Bottom Crust
2 1/2 C. crushed graham crackers
4 T. brown sugar
1 cube margerine
Mix together and press into bottom of a 9x13 pan. Reserve about a 1/2 cup for the top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 min until slightly golden brown.

When cooled slightly, spread cream cheese layer over crust. Then orange and peach mixture on top of that. Sprinkle graham mixture on top. Refrigerate.
