Savory Sunday!

Mama's Chicken

8-10 chicken tenders, cooked and diced
8 slices or 1 cup shredded Swiss or Pepper Jack cheese
1 package seasoned croutons, any flavor
4 Tablespoons margarine
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water

Put cooked and diced chicken in an 8x8 greased baking dish. Put cheese on top of chicken then spread the croutons on top of cheese. Melt margarine and combine it with soup and water, pour it over the croutons. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove foil and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve with rice.
