I'm really in need of cereal for my little boy and I haven't seen a good sale on Cherrios or Trix in awhile. I know they are on for 2/$4 at Albertsons, but that's for the small boxes. Normally I don't pay more than 50 cents for these cereals if I can help it, but I noticed at Smith's this week there are 25 oz Cherrios on for $3.49. This 'sale' isn't listed on Grocery Smarts or any other sites I've looked at. It costs less than the Albertsons, but with only a .55/1 coupon, is it a good deal or not?

I think it all depends on how desperate you are for cereal. If you really need it, go ahead and buy a couple of boxes. These aren't really "stock up" prices, so I wouldn't use all your coupons and regret it later when there is a better sale.
