Savory Sunday!

Apricot Chicken

1/2 C. Apricot jam
1 envelope Onion soup mix
1-8 oz bottle Russian Dressing

Mix all 3 ingredients and pour over 4 chicken breasts or 8 tenders. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 30 min uncovered for 15 min. (May take more time if using chicken breasts.) Let stand for 15-20 min. Serve over rice. (we prefer sticky rice)
