This dip rocks! It is super easy and so yummy! It is our go to appetizer when we get together with friends. I made it once for my 16 year old nephew and he immediately texted his mom and told her to get the recipe from me. That is a pretty great dip when a teenager wants the recipe!
Buffalo Chicken Dip8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 can, about 10 ounces, chunk white chicken, drained,
1/2 cup buffalo sauce, we prefer Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
2 cups shredded cheddar or colby jack cheese
Spread cream cheese in ungreased shallow 1 quart baking dish. Layer with chicken, buffalo sauce and ranch. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake, uncovered for 20-25 minutes at 350.
Serve hot with tortilla chips! This dip reheats very well too, in fact it is actually better the second day!
