Savory Sunday

Honey Glazed Chicken

1. Melt 1/4 C butter in a GLASS pan at 350 degrees
2. Cut 4 chicken breasts into chunks
3. In a ziploc bag combine 1/2 C flour, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or more if you want it spicy), and 1 tsp. salt
4. Put chicken in bag and shake, put into pan with melted butter.

Cook chicken in butter for 20 minutes

While chicken is cooking combine 1/4 C. brown sugar, 1/4 C. honey, 1/8 C. lime juice, 1/8 C. lemon juice, and 1 tsp. curry powder. Pour this glaze over chicken and cook for 20-30 minutes more.

Serve over rice (we like sticky rice the best)
