Possibly Free GE light bulbs at Target!

Disclaimer: I went to the St. George Target today and there were not any GE Energy Smart light bulbs priced this low. But other Target stores in Utah may have this price. There were some GE Smart ceiling fan light bulbs priced at $3.88, so these would only be $0.88. These were located on an end cap by the other light bulbs.
Disclaimer #2: So Emilee went to the St. George Target today, 4/9, and found the light bulbs for this price! Yeah! I am just going to tell myself that they changed the price since I went there a couple of days ago!
