Food Drive tomorrow, 5/14!

If you have been couponing for a while then you probably have a good stock pile of stuff! I know I do! So lets all help out the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive going on tomorrow by the National Association of Letter Carriers. Leave your non perishable donations by your mailbox prior to your mail delivery.

Remember, they always need toiletry items as well as food!

Secret Santa Video!

WOW! You all have got to head on over to Freebies 2 Deals and watch Malea's Secret Santa Video! She headed a project to deliver Christmas presents to 25 needy families! I cried the entire way through the video, who am I kidding, I am still crying!

There is still time to donate to people in need! If you can, please do! I know that Dixie Care and Share can always use donations! Think of all the FREE stuff and great deals we get, if you can, please pay it forward!

Ban Hunger: Food Drive & Fine Waiver!

Celebrate Banned Books Week from September 27 - October 2, 2010 by helping to ban hunger in Salt Lake County.

Salt Lake County Libraries are making it fast and easy for you to help: just bring in any commercially-packaged, non-perishable food items to your neighborhood library to aid the Utah Food Bank during Banned Books Week. You can then receive up to $5.00 of previously accrued fines waived from your library account. Help us ban hunger - and then check out a banned book! Look in the libraries for displays.
